After splitting with Myprotein a few years ago, the The Protein Works team has guided their new venture from strength to strength, rolling out one awesome supplement after another.

Under the spotlight in this blog is the award-winning Whey Protein 360!

So, how does Whey Protein 360 weigh up against its competitors?

Active Ingredients

Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Concentrate, Soya Protein, Whey Protein Isolate, Hydrolysed Whey), Natural Flavouring, Colour, Stabiliser, Sweetener (Sucralose)

Effectiveness

Whey Protein 360 mixes pretty easily and comes out pretty much lump free, making for a silky smooth drink. It’s a good start!

There’s a pretty limited core range of flavours — Cookies ‘n’ Cream, Choc Mint Brownie, Millionaire’s Shortbread and Apple Cinnamon Swirl — and the one that I did taste (Apple Cinnamon Swirl) was pretty nice. I’d be curious to hear about the other flavours as they’re all pretty eclectic.

Onto the good stuff.

With 19.8g of protein in every 25g scoop, Whey Protein 360 is bang on for value. Alongside the protein, there’s 1.3g of fat and 2.2g of carbs, of which just 1.8g are sugars!

It’s super, super clean!

Value

When bought in bulk, Whey Protein 360 runs to about £14.50 per kilo, making it a little more pricey than other competing whey protein supplements on the market.

However, great tasting flavours, outstanding mixability and a really decent protein content mean I think it’s probably worth forking out that little bit extra.

Oh, and unlike some other supplement brands that will remain nameless, TWP actually gives you a free scoop!

Verdict

TPW Whey Protein 360 is one of the tastiest shakes out there and for the money, which is hardly in the extravagant price bracket, it’s pretty hard to beat.

If you’re looking for a new, no-frills whey protein shake that tastes great and does what it says on the tin, I strongly recommend you give this a go.
